In this project, human taste formation is delineated as a passive phenomenon, subject to the sway of the consumerist industrial taste ensnarement. The amalgamation of saccharin, glutamate, salt, fat, and sundry additives transmutes refined sustenance into an alluring "substance" that captivates the neural faculties. Employing Touch Designer as a medium, data visualizations were crafted to elucidate the impact of four distinct flavors on the cerebral cortex.
